PRACTICES AND FINE: THE EDO POTS. Cookware set consisting of: 20 cm pot, 20 cm casserole with two handles, 24 cm low casserole with two handles, 16 cm long handle casserole, 3 16 cm, 20 cm, 24 cm stainless steel 18 lids / 10. Handles and knob in 18/10 stainless steel with PVD coating, brown. Magnetic steel bottom also suitable for induction cooking.
Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the Edo pots are born from a set of formal and cultural suggestions. A wealth of references that evokes the very essence of cooking: different ingredients create delicious dishes. Edo refers to the Latin "edere" - or "to eat" - but it is also the ancient name of Tokyo, where pots with simple and graceful lines that inspired the author come from. The design of the Edo series is softened by some formal elements such as the slight flaring of the containers or the line of handles that reminds of ribbons pinned to a dress and becomes the distinctive figure of the whole set of pans.
